In June 2018 I co-founded POINT3 Wellbeing with two friends.

That also happened to be the last time I wrote on this blog (previously Ginger and Spice). No coincidence there, since I do a lot of writing for POINT3!

Five years later and it feels like the right time for me to bring the blog back.

Here I will be sharing a little about what makes me tick. What I’ve learned and discovered about myself and life along the way but over the last few years in particular. And my hopes and dreams for the future.

A point about the title – Not The Mayo Clinic.

The Mayo Clinic is a medical facility and research centre in the US. So it’s a play on that!

I’m not a doctor or a scientist, but I follow many and do a lot of research, so here I am sharing some of what I’ve discovered works for me (or not) and my wellbeing.

I am a workplace wellbeing trainer for POINT3 Wellbeing with qualifications in mental health, mindset, movement and mindfulness, so some of this thinking is woven into this blog too.

If any of what I share works for you too, then great!

My main message is experiment, as what works for me, won’t necessarily work for you. We’re all so different! 🙂
